CPM extends its services to incorporate commercial lets - May 2009
A NAME to be recognised in the North West, CPM’s growth in the region has given it scope to take on commercial as well as residential lettings.
We are pleased to be working with Burnley-based developers Dylan Harvey, on its new Burnley Business Centre, located off Junction 10 of the M65.
The centre consists of 108 luxury managed offices, providing 500-10,000 sq ft of modern, clean and bright workspace for its tenants.
CPM understands the individual needs of every business, and is here to advise on the flexibility available with these offices, in terms of both size and cost.
CPM is also aware that the current economic climate is having a significant affect on companies, either moving premises, or liquidising assets.
We recognise that as businesses centralise services, or downsize, the pressure is on to find premises that are going to be not only suitable, but cost effective.
Due to the uncertain economy, CPM is also ready to take on the increase in demand for lettings, where sales are not always possible.
Similar to the current residential market, renting is being seen as the most feasible and stable option.
That is why the Burnley Business Centre is offering a simple approach to companies looking for office space in the short or long term.
The centre has boardroom facilities with the latest in electronic equipment, lift, full equipped kitchens and toilets on all floors.
And its shared air conditioned reception area with break-out seating is manned daily by a business centre manager.
Ample parking is also directly in front of the building allowing easy access to the centre.
And access for tenants is 24hr, so in order to maintain a high level of security on the premises there is 24 hour CCTV coverage and security.
In addition, each tenant has a key fob to gain entry to the building and their office, and as an additional security feature each wing is alarmed.
But, perhaps most appealing for many may be the new restaurant/brasserie recently constructed across the road from the centre.
All in all, an attractive site CPM is proud to present.
CPM branches out to the North - 9th February 2009
WHILE most companies are feeling the bite of the "credit crunch", Nottingham-based Collins Property Management has seized the opportunity to take advantage of the current rental market.
Rapid growth in the past two years has allowed CPM to branch out to Northern England, with offices now on the North/West Yorkshire border and in East Lancashire/Manchester.
CPM has fully qualified specialists based across the country, ready to take on the increasing demand for rented properties during the global economic downturn.
Investment in both residential and commercial properties has soared during the market "boom", but while investment dies down, CPM knows how rentals are remaining a key income for business and home-owners alike.
Managing Director Joanne Collins said: “These are very exciting times for CPM. With the current housing market situation, the demand for rental properties is on the increase.
"Renting has become an acceptable medium-term option for many people and its flexibility will continue to appeal as the economic downturn continues.
"We envisage that the rentals market will continue to grow throughout 2009. Our aim is to be the agent of choice in East Lancashire - initially focusing on the Pendle area - offering a personal service at competitive prices.”
As more people grow reluctant to part with their money during these uncertain times, CPM is well equipped to advise its clients on the best way to get maximum returns from their property when renting has become a more appealing option.
But, unlike estate agents, CPM is keen to stress its priorities solely lie with offering a let-only, or a let-manage package, to ensure a more efficient service to its clients.
Through this it has achieved an outstanding reputation, offering its customers a reliable and trustworthy service that gives them the confidence to leave their most profitable possession in its hands. |
