Gas & Electric Services
Landlords Gas Certificate: £55 yearly, per property
Landlords Electric Certificate: £125 this includes 5 year Fixed Wire and 1 year Portable Appliance Test. For each year after until Fixed Wire required again, £60.
Energy Performance Certificate: £85 - as of 1st October all properties must have an EPC.
